Gents,
There are three ways we will use this site. I will keep it short and to the point so you can dive right in:
You personal page:
1. It allows you to add friends in the club so you can communicate (especially with the SLs, CO, and Officers)
2. You can add any pictures or videos from the team or military training you have done
3. Lets you express yourself in the team
Things you must have on the personal page
1. Picture of yourself or the team
2. Your rank in the club needs to be posted with your name as follows

Chat:
1. You can contact with anyone that is on this site
2. You can have group conversations about whatever (keep it clean and professional)
3. You can contact individuals
(Chat is on the lower right side of the screen, turn the volume up on the chat box to hear replies, you can also open a seperate box by clicking the two boxes button)
Groups:
1. You MUST join the groups that apply to you (Alpha/Bravo Squad, Command Squad, Delegates, and/or USMMA MSO Team)
2. Use the groups to get any updates on the club THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE CLUB/SQUAD WITH REGARD TO EVENTS AND TRAINING
3. You can discuss things on the page with other squad/team members
Events:
1. Squad Leaders/XO will send out the upcoming events that you can RSVP to. IF YOU DO NOT RSVP YOU WILL NOT BE PUT ON THE TEAM MOVEMENTS BY THE CO
2. These events include Coram, Operations, Meetings, and Trainings
3. Please do not make events unless you are an officer or leader in the team
NOTES FOR EVERYONE:
1. Keep everything professional, other people can access these sites and we want to leave a good impression
2. Add pictures and videos from the team. This will make it easy for the PR Officers to retrieve it as well as other team mates to access them
3. Be proactive and look at this site regularly. We will be seldom sending out emails and primarily using this site. This will organize and consolidate everything we do, thus making things more efficient.
4. If you refuse to use this site, Squad/Club disciplinary action could take place.
SPECIAL INFORMATION FOR OFFICERS:
1. On the Delegates page, open up a discussion and title it "____________ Officer Information". As time goes on you can continually edit it and update it with what you have been doing. The XO and CO will check it regularly to see how many tasks you have accomplished as well as any information you have for the group
2. Squad Leaders need to make events for trainings, events, and meetings. For those events, request the CO join so that he can see how many people wish to go.
3. The CO will send out Delegate Meeting Events to the team.
4. The XO will need to regularly check the Delegate page to ensure how far along everyone is on their tasks
